Telephone System Changes – the practice is in the process of changing our call management system.  Our telephone number will remain the same.  When contacting the practice you may notice a wording change in our queue selection.

The order remains the same

To enable callers requesting appointments to be managed quickly during the high demand time on a morning we are asking patients to ring for general enquiries after 9.00 am.

The number of calls held in our queuing system will be reduced this will mean during busy periods you may hear an engaged tone and will be required to ring back.

When booking an appointment a member of our team will ask you a series of questions to ensure you are booked with the most appropriate clinician.

Please bear with us during this transition period whilst staff become accustomed to the new system and whilst we manage any initial teething problems.
