Nurse Simpson retired from the Practice on 27th July 2012 after 18 years at the Practice. We wish her a long and happy retirement.
Dr Komati is due to leave the practice on 31 August 2012 as she is moving out of the area.
Jonathan Brash our Clincal Coder is leaving the practice on 31 August 2012 to take up training for a new career.
The Practice is in the process of securing a new GP, we are hoping that Dr Romero will return to the Practice in September when she returns from Spain. Dr Romero has worked at the Practice before and we look forward to welcoming her back.

The Chadwick Practice will be closed for the afternoon of Tuesday 28th February 2012. We will be taking part in an event arranged by Hartlepool Primary Care Trust to discuss changes to the organisation of the health services in Hartlepool

The walk in centre & minor injuries unit located in the One Life Centre will be open as usual.
We are currently undertaking our annual patient survey.
